winter wedding inspiration from the Sinclair & moore workshop

The day after Valentine’s Day I flew out to Seattle to attend the Sinclair & Moore real wedding workshop. It was a pretty special three days learning from a company with so many accolades and just some good ol’ talent. We had a beautiful color palate to work with of soft blush & cream then a deeper burgundy shade for the wedding flowers and overall design. One of the top reasons I wanted to learn from Steve was how to incorporate wedding design into my business. Over the years I’ve learned how closely related floral design and overall wedding design are- they go hand in hand! I wasn’t completely sure how to blend the two so why not go out and learn from one of the best in the industry! Much more to come on this, but for now here’s a behind the scene look at my time in Seattle.

Above were photos from the studio and below are details from the beautiful real wedding our team was part of. (Yes we did get to taste test a few of the macarons- yum!! They are my fave!!)

Not sure I can pick a favorite part… from getting to see Lauren again (she attended the  team flower workshop with me in 2014) to that lush all rose petal aisle runner- it was a lot of work making all this prettiness happen but such a great time with these amazing people.
